She is also part of the Gamma Knife team for brain cancer tumor treatment, and other neurological disease processes.
Elena is married, has 2 children and has lived in Lexington, Kentucky for 21 years.

She loves exploring nature with her labrador retriever, Remington</p><p><br></p><p>Although her favorite way to travel outdoors is by horse</p><p><br></p><p>; Kelsi is from eastern Kentucky and still travels back there quite often. Dr. Paul Nielson is a family practioner practicing in St. George, Utah. He graduated with honors from University of Utah School of Medicine in 1978. Dr. Nielson specializes in comprehensive health care for people of all ages and has experience as a pharmacist. Having more than 44 years of diverse experience, especially in Family Practice, he puts focuson preventative care with routine checkups, tests, and personalzed coaching on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Nielson possesses immense knowledge on the latest available for optimal health.
Amanda Moore is an RN of six years. She is a proud resident of Smith’s Grove. She loves nursing, family, and animals. She is excited to share her love for wellness and preventative healthcare!
Whitney Isenberg native of Southcentral Kentucky has 8 years of experience as a nurse in cardiac and critical care. She has been in the medical field for 15 years and truly enjoys helping to improve outcomes through education and compassionate care.
She is a wife and a mother of 2 beautiful children and a sweet old dog. In her spare time she is at the football field, basketball court or the baseball field with her children. As a family they enjoy camping, kayaking, hiking, major sporting events and music!
