Gio Bote

Meet Gio Bote! I have been an RN now for 3 years and have an extensive medical background as a Paramedic, LPN, EMT and Medical Assistant. I have worked in many departments including the ER, ICU, Urgent Care, Pulmonology, Occupational Medicine and Plastic Surgery. I have been living in Idaho now for 6 years and I love it out here! I am a very nature oriented guy and love to go hiking, fishing, kayaking and camping on my time off and Idaho definitely offers all of the above. I moved to Idaho from...you guessed it...California and it was the best decision I have ever made. When it comes to the medical field and my theories and beliefs, I believe that the body is more than prepared to be able to heal on its own, all it needs is a little boost, and that is where functional medicine comes into play. Originally coming from Romania, Romanians are major advocates for functional medicine and using what the earth provides to feel better and heal better. As an athlete that participated in semi-professional Soccer and trained in MMA, I always turned to functional medicine to be able to play and train at peak performance. The reason I became an RN is to contribute to the betterment of my community by providing personalized quality care for all of my patients no matter what the situation :). By working with AMIV and using functional medicine, I truly believe I can live that dream out and use all of my people skills and nursing skills to accomplish my goal. I look forward to meeting you and look forward to seeing your health improve !

Marya Abraham

For over 30 years, Marya has served families as a dedicated labor and delivery RN in maternity services, walking alongside patients during one of the most meaningful and life changing moments of their lives. As both a nurse and a mother of grown children herself, she brings compassion, experience, and genuine connection to every patient interaction. Marya is deeply passionate about education, empowering patients and families with knowledge while continually learning and growing in her own practice. Throughout her hospital career, she became highly skilled in IV therapy, routinely placing IVs for her patients with confidence and precessions. Transitioning into the role of a mobile IV registered nurse was a natural fit-combining her clinical expertise with her love for personalized patient care. She especially enjoys educating clients in their homes about the benefits of nutrition, hydration, and overall wellness. While caring for women throughout their pregnancy journey remains her first love, Marya has also developed a passion for preventative medicine and helping clients of all ages understand the important role hydration can play in everyday health. Marya is excited and honored to serve her community as a mobile IV RN with AMIV.

Dr. Paul Nielson

Dr. Paul Nielson is a family practioner practicing in St. George, Utah. He graduated with honors from University of Utah School of Medicine in 1978. Dr. Nielson specializes in comprehensive health care for people of all ages and has experience as a pharmacist. Having more than 44 years of diverse experience, especially in Family Practice, he puts focuson preventative care with routine checkups, tests, and personalzed coaching on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Nielson possesses immense knowledge on the latest available for optimal health.

Kelli Gamette

Kelli Gamette, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing and a strong commitment to whole-person, evidence-based care. With a passion for functional and integrative medicine, Kelli combines advanced clinical training with a personalized approach to help patients achieve optimal health and long-term wellness. Kelli has experience in both traditional and holistic healthcare settings, focusing on root-cause resolution for chronic conditions, hormone balance, gut health, and metabolic optimization. Her care philosophy is grounded in partnership—empowering patients through education, prevention, and individualized treatment plans that honor both science and the body’s natural healing ability. Dedicated, compassionate, and continually learning, Kelli strives to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively engaged in their care journey.

Meet Rachel Bechel. I’ve lived in Idaho for 4 years now and love everything outdoors & I try to spend as much time as I can in the mountains! I have been a nurse for 10 years mostly doing emergency medicine and am so excited to be apart of the holistic approach to healthcare and to help people with their overall wellness!

Shauna Key

Meet Shauna Key, the owner of AMIV/Treasure Valley. She is an entrepreneur at heart and has owned several businesses in the past. She started off with a love for science, and did animal husbandry for 12 plus years. Landing in the Treasure Valley in 2007...she went back to school for her Nursing Degree. She has worked in ortho, neuro, med surg, and pre-op/pacu. She has a profound love for science and preventative medicine and spends much of her free time researching Regenerative medicine. She brings an emphasis on optimizing cellular health and preventative healthcare.
